Dale Turner practices in all areas of Family Law; including divorce/separation, child custody/support, adoptions, post-divorce modifications, and more. Dale, a Sumter native, is a 2017 graduate of the University of South Carolina and a 2020 graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law.

At the University of South Carolina School of Law, Mr. Turner was the Managing Editor for the South Carolina Journal of International Law and Business, Vol 16.

Mr. Turner is a member of the South Carolina Bar, the South Carolina Association for Justice, and the University of South Carolina Alumni Association.

Dale attends Shandon Baptist Church and volunteers with their children's ministry on the weekends!

  • Leadership
    Mr. Spradley has served as a State Prosecutor for the Eleventh Circuit Solicitor’s Office where he became the first prosecutor for the Lexington County Multi-Agency Narcotics Enforcement Team. He has also served as the municipal judge for the Town of Ridge Spring. He has been a speaker at seminars directed at the prosecution and defense of criminal matters as well as magistrate classes. He is a former Board Member for the South Carolina Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He has also completed courses at the National Criminal Defense College and the National Advocacy Center. In 2022, Mr. Spradley was honored as a Leadership in Law honoree.
