MBM Partner Gill Bell Named Top 20 Under 40 for Lexington County

Recently named Partner at Moore Bradley Myers, Gill was selected for Columbia’s Best & Brightest in 2021 and was voted by his peers as one of the Midlands Legal Elite in the area of Criminal Defense. Gill focuses primarily on State and Federal Criminal Defense, Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation. He has also successfully represented clients in landlord tenant disputes, complex business disputes, mechanic's liens and unlawful repossession cases.

Emily Collins, Moore Bradley Myers Attorney, Selected as Best and Brightest 35 and Under

Emily Collins, Associate Attorney at Moore Bradley Myers (MBM) has been selected to Columbia Business Monthly's Best & Brightest 35 and Under Class of 2022. The Best & Brightest 35 and Under issue celebrates leaders aged 35 and younger, who have made an impact in their business and community.

Emily Collins practices in the areas of family law, custody, child support and modifications, divorce, and mediation. A Camden, South Carolina native, Emily earned her B.S. at the College of Charleston. Thereafter, she earned her law degree at the University of South Carolina School of Law with a concentration in Children’s Law.

MBM Partner, William Fortino, Named Client Champion by Martindale-Hubbell

William Fortino, Partner at Moore Bradley Myers, has been named a 2022 Platinum Client Champion by Martindale-Hubbell. A Martindale-Hubbell® Client Review Rating at the Platinum level is recognized as the highest rating an attorney can receive.

Mr. Fortino practices family law including divorce, child custody modification, visitation, child support, property division, adoption, and other domestic cases. He is a native of Syracuse, N.Y., where he received his bachelor’s degree in 2001 from Le Moyne College. He earned his law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2009. Bill is also a frequent speaker on family law issues for the National Business Institute seminars as well as the Continuing Legal Education program at the South Carolina Bar.

Moore Bradley Myers Announces Christmas Bike Giveaway in Swansea and Saluda

Moore Bradley Myers Law Firm is excited to announce their Christmas Bike Bonanza 2021 in both Swansea and Saluda.

MBM Partner, Stanley L. Myers, Named as a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers

Stanley L. Myers, Partner at Moore Bradley Myers (MBM), has become a Fellow in the prestigious American College of Trial Lawyers.

Myers law practice focuses on personal injury, workers’ compensation, criminal defense, and military law. He is a 1998 graduate of The Citadel, where he also a member of the Board of Visitors. He is a 2003 graduate of the David A. Clarke School of Law at the University of the District of Columbia and a member of the South Carolina Bar, South Carolina Association for Justice, and the South Carolina Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
