During the early days of the Covid-19 pandemic, helped plan and coordinate with Prisma Health to provide food and water delivery plan for healthcare workers administering the COVID19 vaccine at the Gamecock Village.

 

He also was one of the sponsors of the 2021 Bike Bonanza in his hometown of Saluda. Several new bikes were donated to children of need in the community for Christmas. 

 

Mr. Riley is a Saluda native and currently lives in the Oak Grove Community of Lexington County. He is a 2004 graduate of the College of Charleston and a 2009 graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law. Nick and his wife, Virginia, just welcomed their first child, Banks.

Mr. Riley is a member of the South Carolina Bar, as well as the South Carolina Association of Justice. He is admitted to practice in U.S. District Court and assists with the firm's government law practice. Mr. Riley serves on the Board of the Greater CWC Chamber and Visitors Center.

Nick was named as Midlands Legal Elite in 2021 and 2022. Mr. Riley is highly recognized in the practice of Criminal – DUI and Family Law and in 2023, he was recognized in both Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury.

  • Leadership
    Mr. Spradley has served as a State Prosecutor for the Eleventh Circuit Solicitor’s Office where he became the first prosecutor for the Lexington County Multi-Agency Narcotics Enforcement Team. He has also served as the municipal judge for the Town of Ridge Spring. He has been a speaker at seminars directed at the prosecution and defense of criminal matters as well as magistrate classes. He is a former Board Member for the South Carolina Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He has also completed courses at the National Criminal Defense College and the National Advocacy Center. In 2022, Mr. Spradley was honored as a Leadership in Law honoree.
