A lifelong resident of Lexington County, Brian is a product of the Irmo community he was raised in. He graduated from Irmo High School, The University of South Carolina, as well as The University of South Carolina School of Law.
Prior to joining the firm, Brian worked for nearly 8 years as an Assistant Solicitor with the 11th Circuit Solicitor’s Office. He considers the time he spent there to be invaluable. Since joining the firm, Brian has been involved in several areas of legal practice, including: personal injury, criminal defense, civil litigation and estate planning.
Brian has always had a passion for serving those around him and looks forward to further serving the needs of his community. He lives in Lexington with his wife and son.

LeadershipMr. Spradley has served as a State Prosecutor for the Eleventh Circuit Solicitor’s Office where he became the first prosecutor for the Lexington County Multi-Agency Narcotics Enforcement Team. He has also served as the municipal judge for the Town of Ridge Spring. He has been a speaker at seminars directed at the prosecution and defense of criminal matters as well as magistrate classes. He is a former Board Member for the South Carolina Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He has also completed courses at the National Criminal Defense College and the National Advocacy Center. In 2022, Mr. Spradley was honored as a Leadership in Law honoree.
