A lifelong resident of Lexington County, Brian is a product of the Irmo community he was raised in. He graduated from Irmo High School, The University of South Carolina, as well as The University of South Carolina School of Law.

Prior to joining the firm, Brian worked for nearly 8 years as an Assistant Solicitor with the 11th Circuit Solicitor’s Office where one of his focus areas was DUI prosecution. He considers the time he spent there to be invaluable. Since joining the firm, Brian has been involved in several areas of legal practice, including: criminal defense, DUI defense, civil litigation and probate law.

Brian has always had a passion for serving those around him and looks forward to further serving the needs of his community. He lives in Lexington with his wife and son; and they have a daughter on the way in June.

Brian is currently running for Probate Judge in Lexington County; a position his father, Dan, has held for 35 years.
