Sierra is a liscensed to practice in the U.S. District Court. Sierra is a member of the South Carolina Bar Law related Education Committee. As a member of this committee she enjoys the opportunity to judge Middle School and High School mock trial competitions. She also enjoys judging Law School mock trial competitions.

Sierra Carini Hartley practices in the areas of Insurance Defense, Medical Malpractice Defense, Civil Litigation and Personal Injury. Sierra is a 2015 graduate of the University of Alabama and a 2018 graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law.

While in law school, she was an active member of the Mock Trial Bar.

In 2021, she was selected as one of the Best and Brightest Under 35 by Columbia Business Monthly magazine. And in 2024, Sierra was selected as one of the Top 40 Professionals Under 40.
